• When registered for the course, be patient. We will process your registration manually within office working hours and will send you an email. Please contact us on info@edukos.fi, if you haven’t heard from us for 2 working days.

  • Failure to pay the course fee, or not attending a course is not considered as cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days before the beginning of the course (in individual situations you can agree on shorter cancellation term with your teacher).

  • The course fee will be refunded only if the course is canceled by the education center, or if you have canceled your registration at least 5 working days before the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be made by email on info@edukos.fi. You will get a confirmation email as soon as we will proceed with the cancellation. 

  • If the cancellation is made after the last cancellation date, or is not made at all, the course fee will be charged in full. 

  • We do not accept cancellations by phone.

  • Course payments are not returned for any personal reasons the students may have, such as illnesses. 

  • Any overdue payments from registrations that haven’t been canceled can be sent to collections.

  • We will charge 5€ for the first and 5€ for the second payment reminder.

  • If you have paid for the course, and you cancel your registration in time, or the course is canceled by us, send your bank account number on info@edukos.fi  for a refund.

  • A single canceled lesson during the course will be compensated, and refunds will not be made for it.

  • EDUKOS Online Institute is not liable for cancellations of premises that have been rented from external providers.

  • You do not need to inform us of absences. You will not lose your place on the course for being absent.
